For the sale of one built designed layout website. With one website modification. Clients are responsible for renewing domain name one year from original purchase date. Any purchases including website and domain names will be purchased in clients name for transfer. Clients are responsible for providing information and photographs for website in a timely manner. Websites that are online and do not follow the contract guidelines and have not been paid in full will be removed. Credit no longer being used needs to be paid in full. Clients have 60 days to supply all materials and information pertaining to their websites for development. After that time we will no longer be able to work on that website. Your file will be deleted from our program and we will send anything that has been created to the client in HTML only, so you have a copy. Clients are also responsible for maintaining their own monthly hosting fee. Before or after website is complete, any new changes may cost extra. Prices may vary. I have the right to refuse service to anyone and to stop working on the website. Websites will not be posted online until website is paid in full.
All sales and agreements are final. No refunds.
